idea hack Emacs

I put a lot of TODO annotations in my code, need better tools to manage them. Magit TODO is pretty great but not enough

Wants

order by recency

maybe have priorities or other annotations (not clear what this would look like, but obviously something needed)

dead simple, have TODO1 to TODO9 or equivalent.

some kind of data import/export with Jira-like systems (gag, I don't need this, but would be useful in the real world)
